Last month I had a mechanic from your company come to my house and replace my garage door opener. I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate the level of service and professionalism that I received from both your office personnel and the mechanic that installed my new opener. I had a special situation that required the cut down of the rail and the belt of the new Liftmaster belt opener. Your mechanic went above and beyond what I expected in making sure the fit was right and the opener was as good as possible given the fit restrictions. While I realize this may not have been your most profitable job because of the extra time spent on adjustment, future business from me may make up for it. Just a note to thank you! I had crumpled the bottom panel of one of our two garage doors. Two other companies came out and neither one agreed that it could be fixed. Both gave me proposals for replacing both doors. So, I kept looking, and your man came over yesterday morning. I am sorry I don’t remember his name. He was very good. His first question to me was, “Do you WANT new doors?” We didn’t. He said he could fix it, and the dent would show but I said that would be totally acceptable. He went back to the shop for the materials he needed, returned in an hour or so, and got the job done. The door looks fantastic now. I also had him tune up both doors, and he gave me good advice on how to maintain them, and to put surge suppressors on the door openers. I ran to the hardware store while he was working, and he plugged them in for me. 100% satisfaction for this customer, and I have already recommended your company on my FB page. I just had Leif come by and install a new gear for my garage door. He was fantastic; knowledgeable, kind, quick and honest. I made a couple of calls to Don’s Garage Doors and found each and every person (even spoke with Don one time) and had a great experience and conversation with each person. I really appreciate that! I also appreciated that when I first called Don he was able to accurately diagnosis the issue. When I called around to other companies to get estimates they were very reluctant and even refused to discuss a possible diagnosis. I have a feeling they were just wanting to get their foot in the door and then up charge me for other things. Again, I appreciate the honesty and directness of Don’s company. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
