Scheduling was easy on the phone. Phaelan was our technician and when he came out it was apparent that our 17 year old doors and openers were going to need more than a minor tuneup. The 2 car door had had the spring replaced once some years ago. He spent 4 hours (stayed late until about 7 -8 pm) and replaced both springs, worked on one motor and the glides?, replaced one opener – pretty much replaced everything that could be except for one opener. He was very good at explaining everything, sent pictures, etc. It was more expensive than we expected but I’m not taking a star away for that because we didn’t have time to “shop around”. The doors are so much quieter and work well and I like that they will be out to inspect and service in one year for free and also that many parts are warranted for life.
